Our Expertise
Shawn Del Duco has over 20 years of experience in the field of employee surveying, as both an external survey consultant and an internal practitioner.
Shawn began his career as a survey consultant at Sirota Consulting (now Mercer), where he oversaw survey projects for Fortune 500 companies, and conducted research linking employee survey results to business outcomes. Next, he managed Microsoft’s annual employee survey program, the MS Poll. After Microsoft, Shawn worked at Intel and conducted research programs rooted in employee survey feedback. He then transitioned to VMware, where he oversaw the implementation of the Qualtrics EX survey platform for the company and designed a full lifecycle suite of employee surveys. Most recently, Shawn built and led Zoom’s first People Insights team. The team’s broad remit included employee surveying for the company.
Shawn holds a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and has delivered over a dozen presentations at their annual conference. He is also the lead author of a book chapter on tying employee attitudes to business outcomes. Shawn currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, two children, two cats, a dog, and eight chickens.
